It’s natural to feel bad about our mistakes.
Focusing on the negative outcome and blowing up the fear so we don’t make the same mistake again.
But by doing that, we miss the point.
Mistakes come from carelessness or poor judgment. Instead of feeling terrible about mistakes, learning what drives us to make those mistakes is more useful.
By peeling off the layer of judgment, can we see the learning that wasn’t obvious to us before?
