about inner peace

Nobody likes to carry multiple bags when exercising, such as a backpack and a crossover.

Like exercising, finding inner peace is a critical practice that contributes to making progress.

When we are stimulated and can't find peace inside, it's challenging to focus, let alone to be productive. One way to bring inner peace is to recognize our worries, concerns, and challenges—a connection to what our bodies are experiencing.

Often, all our unsettled emotions want is recognition. They'll stay until we pay attention to them and understand our feelings.

Carrying emotional baggage day in and day out, it's no wonder we are so exhausted and can hardly progress.
