a tight feedback loop

In a cohort-based workshop environment, I noticed how having a shared goal and similar pace contribute to the synchronicity among peers. This synchronicity leads to timely feedback, interaction, connection, and is reciprocal among all involved. The connecting feelings also lead to trust and motivation to do more.

Even though this kind of synchronicity is ideal, it’s specific. The tighter feedback loop helps when we seek momentum. But momentum is like a sprint. It works best within a time frame.
