There is a line between the two.
It’s easy to set criteria thinking we want to work with this kind of people but not that.
Clarity arrives when we feel out each other’s energy, the rhythm, and frequency of resonance thinking that’s all there is to consider.
There is no doubt that we naturally sense who we like and who we don’t. But that has little to do with the shared goal, the larger community, and the ways that we go about things.
When we lean all the way into personal preferences, we might create a barrier rather than a pass - a barrier that prevents us from seeing ourselves and our weaknesses, and a pass to opportunity for learning and growth.
